Reports To: The AR/AP Analyst will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Salary Range: $41,210- $56,000
Job Overview:
The AR/AP Analyst will develop, write and send out bills/invoices to customers. The AR/AP Analyst will look at information gathered by the company, such as bills of sale, receipts, or other financial records and calculate what charges are due.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Complete a Settlement Process with partners for services rendered.
- Perform bookkeeping work, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
- Operate typing, adding, calculating, or billing machines.
- Answer mail or telephone inquiries regarding rates, routing, or procedures.
- Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Type billing documents, shipping labels, credit memorandums, or credit forms, using typewriters or computers.
- Contact customers to obtain or relay account information.
- Review documents such as purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips, or hospital records to compute fees or charges due.
- Keep records of invoices and support documents.
- Consult sources such as rate books, manuals, or insurance company representatives to determine specific charges or information such as rules, regulations, or government tax and tariff information.
- Update manuals when rates, rules, or regulations are amended.
- Track accumulated hours and dollar amounts charged to each client job to calculate client fees for professional services, such as legal or accounting services.
- Compute credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, or rates for goods or services to complete billing documents.
- Review compiled data on operating costs and revenues to set rates.
- Compile reports of cost factors, such as labor, production, storage, or equipment.
- Estimate market value of products or services.
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma/GED Required.
- Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Two plus years of proven experience in billing and invoicing.
- Excellent executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, statistics, and their applications.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Ability to maintain composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
- Enthusiast, strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment with no direct supervision.

Job Overview:
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate route planning and
dispatch support for the company delivery operation. Under limited supervision,
performs a variety of clerical duties such as typing, filing and checking freight and
installing bills for accuracy. Contacts clients by phone or mail for clarification or changes
in schedule and/or pricing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Monitor personnel or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service
and schedules.
● Schedule or dispatch workers or service vehicles to appropriate locations,
according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using the program
provided.
● Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from work crews, supervisors,
or field inspectors, using telephones.
● Confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems,
or requests for service or equipment.
● Prepare daily work and run schedules.
● Maintains visibility on warehouse operations and coordinates with Warehouse
Manager to ensure product availability to fulfill customer orders
● Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or services
performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
● Receive or prepare work orders.
● Determine types or amounts of materials, or personnel required, according to
work orders or specifications.
● Advise personnel about traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents,
congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.
● Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
● Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word
processing.
